About the job This position is needed to advance the quality, reliability, and strategic value of Twilio’s Go-To-Market (GTM) data by designing and maintaining robust business data models to enable trusted sales analytics, reporting, data science, & AI capabilities. The Staff, Business Intelligence Engineer will play a mission-critical role in our evolution from traditional BI to AI, ensuring data consistency and empowering data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll perform: • ​​ Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance revenue operations efficiency • Data Monitoring: Develop and maintain automated data reconciliation and quality checks to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and consistency of critical reports and dashboards. • Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights, making information accessible and actionable for a diverse audience • Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models to support GTM, helping the organization make informed strategic decisions Data Automation (BI-as-Code): Drive the automation of our business intelligence ecosystem by treating dashboards and semantic layers as code. You will leverage Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure our data infrastructure is reproducible, version-controlled, and highly scalable • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement in data analysis capabilities Qualifications Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply.
